Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence in Wilbraham, MA. You will lead staff in opening/closing procedures when managers are unavailable and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes supervision, teamwork, and strong communication to maintain a positive shopping experience while safeguarding confidentiality and supporting CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
