Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Hardeeville, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the team when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, with a focus on supervising staff, resolving customer issues, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers, address questions or complaints, and uphold CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality where required.
