Job summary

CVS Health in Barnwell, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a safe, efficient shopping environment.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management and staff, assist customers, merchandise products, stock shelves, and uphold CVS’s customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly.
• Strong communication with store management and teams.
• Experience supervising retail staff or teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and follow up on activities.
