CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and enhance customer service. The role includes leading staff in the absence of a manager and ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures while maintaining merchandise presentation and price accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, plus supervision experience and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager.
• Support CVS Store Management to drive store execution and performance.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues per company policy.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and pricing accuracy, including signage and displays.
