Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. This role leads the staff when managers are not onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining a customer-first environment.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, presenting merchandise, and ensuring accurate displays.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends, to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is absent, ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer questions and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote CVS customer service culture.
