Job summary

Burger King in Lake Wales, Florida is seeking a highly skilled Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a team during busy shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, supervise team members, manage cash procedures, inventory, and shift plans, while delivering quick, accurate service in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Serv Safe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service in a clean environment
• Follow cash control and security procedures including safe counting and cash drawer management
• Perform daily and weekly inventory inspections and receive inventory truck orders
• Drive operational results by implementing shift plans and maintaining brand standards
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to enhance team capabilities and restaurant performance
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
