Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Tallahassee to lead team members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and uphold BK standards while driving effective shift execution under the RGM/AM guidance.

You’ll create great guest experiences, motivate the crew, and contribute to profitability through strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
