Job summary

Burger King in Tallahassee is looking for an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the team during assigned shifts. You will guide staff to deliver quick, friendly service in a clean environment and support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistants as needed.

You will coach teammates, ensure adherence to BK standards, manage workflow, and assist with cash handling and inventory. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and guest satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
Ability to motivate others and communicate clearly during busy shifts.
