Job summary

Burger King® is seeking an energetic Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the shift, drive sales and profitability, and ensure top-notch guest experience. This role focuses on people development and smooth operations during scheduled shifts.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, manage a team of crew members, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold brand standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and guest, people & operations results on shift.
• Support RGM and AM in managing operations during shifts.
• Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Uphold operational and brand standards across shifts.
• Performs duties of Team Member when necessary.
