Job summary

Burger King in Florida is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead shift operations and support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will coach crew, ensure fast, accurate service in a clean environment, manage inventory and cash controls, and step in to perform crew tasks when needed.

Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with 18+ age and HS diploma; 1–2 years quick-service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Support RGM/AM in managing shift operations to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Direct Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve restaurant performance.
• Ensure adherence to cash control, inventory inspections and brand standards.
• Perform duties of Crew Member when needed.
