Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and maintain excellent customer service. When managers are absent, you lead the front-line team and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, merchandise displays, and stock shelves while upholding company policies and safeguarding customer confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, and to respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store staff: assign, direct and follow up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planogram guides (POGs).
