Job summary

In this role, you will lead staff when no manager is present, oversee store operations, and ensure timely opening and closing. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer relations, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and complaints per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and planograms.
