Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help run day-to-day store operations and lead staff in the absence of the General Manager in multiple Westlake Ace Hardware locations. You will supervise operations, manage customer service, and support inventory and merchandising efforts.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with the management team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware store experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and climb.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and project a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Support inventory and merchandising through back stock management, signage, and promotional displays.
• Lead by example, train associates, participate in store meetings, and communicate merchandising or cost-control ideas to management.
