Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Managers. You will direct staff, ensure safe work environment, and help deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires retail supervision experience, hardware store familiarity, and the ability to handle daily store tasks including opening/closing, merchandising, and loss prevention. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware store experience is a plus.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations and staff.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve problems.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized sales floor and back areas.
• Assist with inventory, pricing updates, and merchandising.
