Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor for Westlake Ace Hardware in Lincoln, NE. You will help manage store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service as you work closely with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and staff management in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Managers.
• Promote excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, price changes, and back-stock organization.
• Lead by example, train associates, and participate in store meetings.
