Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced retail supervisor to partner with the General Manager in leading store teams, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring compliant operations. You will train staff, manage inventory, and safeguard confidential information while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires experience in retail or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and successful MVR background check for delivery locations.
• Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to move throughout the facility and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership of store personnel and supervise daily operations.
• Help achieve KPIs and ensure efficient store operations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures as key-holding supervisor.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and SOPs.
• Coach, train, and develop the team on service standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and handle patient issues.
• Build professional relationships with business partners and maintain confidentiality.
