Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Conversational English required to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license required for delivery locations only.
• Must pass Level 1 and Level 2 background checks.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Perform key-holding supervisor duties related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development focused on company service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
