Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the General Manager in Florida. The role emphasizes leading store personnel, meeting KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding SOPs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include daily operations, inventory control, and professional interactions with customers and partners. A High School Diploma and valid driver’s license are required; prior retail management and cash handling experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.).
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.
• Valid driver’s license and passing an MVR background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
• Help achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards, accountability, and objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
