Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading store personnel, achieving KPIs, and ensuring efficient daily operations.

You will maintain brand standards in merchandising, handle opening/closing procedures, monitor inventory, resolve customer issues, and ensure regulatory compliance while coaching staff. The role demands professionalism, integrity, and strong communication, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Conversational English.
• Ability to operate computer, scanner and printer.
• Must pass a level 1 and level 2 background check; valid driver’s license for delivery locations only.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Help achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and supervise staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review and communicate SOPs; inform employees of changes.
• Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Report to the General Manager.
