Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the General Manager with leadership and day-to-day oversight of store personnel in a Pennsylvania location. You will help meet performance metrics, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will train staff, enforce SOPs, manage inventory, and handle customer issues and escalations while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Help achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations.
• Assume key-holding supervisor duties for opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate, and enforce company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
