Job summary

The role requires managing a team, handling inventory, and resolving customer issues while supporting budget goals and SOP adherence. The position is full-time and on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading and supervising store personnel.
• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Communicate changes to employees with the General Manager and other leaders.
• Coach, train, and develop the team on service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations while on duty.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing the labor budget.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
