Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture with greeting, help and thanks.
• Handle customer relations per policy to ensure a positive CVS experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following POGs.
