CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to be a key leader supporting store management in driving execution and performance. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed to maintain smooth operations.

The role focuses on customer service, supervision, and merchandising. You will interact with customers, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while ensuring confidentiality and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price, stock, and merchandise displays; manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal inventories.
