CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence in Ohio. You will lead staff when management is not onsite, supervise daily tasks, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandise presentation, and adherence to policy while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Qualifikationen

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close procedures, supervise crew, and communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory per plans.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
