Job summary

Trulieve in Macon, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff, oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold regulatory compliance. You will support the General Manager and manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and training.

The ideal candidate has prior retail or customer service management experience, strong communication skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time role with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and confidential communication with all levels.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English and operate computing devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Open/close procedures and oversee daily store operations.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and manage store inventory and guest issues escalations.
