Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English; operate electronic equipment; follow safety procedures and use communication devices.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet key performance metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet service standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality.
