Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in quick-service restaurant, café, coffee shop, smoothie bar, or fast-casual environment.
• Must have a valid NY Food Handler's License or obtain one within timeframe after hire.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, reliable, accountable, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during service and ensure smooth daily execution.
• Oversee daily prep production and ensure ingredients are prepared accurately and on time.
• Monitor food handling, storage, labeling, and expiration dates to maintain safety and quality.
• Conduct weekly inventory reviews and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure accurate order entry and thorough customer service, including catering and third-party platforms.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and carrying out basic maintenance.
• Coach and provide feedback to team; manage daily priorities and communicate with management.
