Job summary

You will manage stations, ensure compliance with policies, and assist in inventory and cash handling. The role requires flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends, with prior shift-lead experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; able to work 32+ hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, portioning and quality.
• Maintains product quality and customer service while managing costs.
• Ensures shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to resolve issues.
• Assists in inventory management using company systems and guidelines.
• Contributes to profit goals by following the FOCUS System and cash handling duties.
