Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help drive store performance while delivering excellent customer service.

This 20-hour per week role emphasizes teamwork, merchandising, handling customer questions, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Proven supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew, assign tasks, and follow up on activities to meet store goals.
• Assist customers, resolve issues, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotional displays.
