Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. When management is not on site, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication with management and crews, and adherence to company policies while maintaining confidentiality and efficient merchandising.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, signs and inventory per weekly, promotional and seasonal cycles.
• Reset departments following POGs.
