Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads the staff when no manager is onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, merchandising, handling customer inquiries, and upholding company policy to create a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with basic computer literacy.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by overseeing store staff in the absence of management.
• Direct and follow up on activities to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while upholding CVS service standards.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage weekly and seasonal displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew; maintain confidentiality.
