Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

You will supervise crew, greet customers, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities needed.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per planograms.
