Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are unavailable, you lead the team, supervise staff, and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions, and promote CVS service culture, with duties including merchandising, pricing, and inventory per weekly plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew and communicate with management.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints while maintaining CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
