Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty. When management is unavailable, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, maintaining smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.

You will supervise, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to CVS customer service standards while managing inventory, pricing, and displays across the store.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills are needed for daily store operations.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.
