Joe & the Juice is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Miami Beach, FL. You’ll help keep the heartbeat of the store alive, lead the shift, and ensure energy, standards, and guest experience remain top-notch.

You'll supervise daily operations, train new juicers, and support the store management team while aiming at sales targets. The role requires 1–2 years in a supervisory role and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations following the DCWF with precise observation of store traffic, task assignment and feedback.
• Supervise daily checklists using the task-monitoring system; uphold Pink Standards and report issues.
• Train new juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation; build a capable crew.
• Lead by example to create warm guest interactions and handle in-store feedback professionally.
• Monitor sales targets and support store performance including deliveries and reporting.
