Job summary

Wawa, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Team Supervisor to lead the shift, keep operations on track, and deliver memorable customer experiences. As the senior on site, you’ll drive execution, make key decisions, and support Associates throughout the shift.

This role involves guiding customer service, coordinating associates and orders, enforcing store policies, handling inventory and cash procedures, and promoting safety. A 4-day week option may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
