Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead shift operations, deliver memorable customer experiences, and ensure smooth coordination between associates and customers.

You will drive execution, provide direction, and enforce store policies to maintain safety and high performance. The role includes opportunities to supervise retail and food service activities, with an emphasis on building strong relationships, problem solving, and recognizing team achievements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
