Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensure proper opening/closing procedures, and maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise daily operations, assist customers, and oversee merchandising and display resets according to weekly plans. The role requires flexibility for early shifts, weekends, and occasional overnights.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, and execute weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandising.
