Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver outstanding customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a safe, organized shopping environment.

You will supervise crew, stock shelves, price merchandise, manage displays, handle customer questions, and uphold CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management and crews, directing activities.
• Address customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and price merchandise.
• Execute displays, inventory and maintenance of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
• Communicate information to and from management and crews.
