Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) supporter to help run great work shifts while upholding Taco Bell standards. You’ll take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food with a friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform.
• Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
• Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required by manager.
