Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in New Jersey. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards, guiding team members, and solving problems as needed.

You’ll ensure team members complete duties, serve safe, quality food with friendliness, and maintain a safe workplace for staff and guests. Franchisees set wages and benefits per location.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or quick-service environments.
• Ability to lead a team and provide on-the-spot coaching.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit
