Job summary

Taco Bell franchise location is seeking a proactive restaurant leader to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will own problem-solving, guide team members, and help ensure safe, friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• Supporting the RGM by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Ensuring Team Members complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Creating a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.

• Ensure that all employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform.
• Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
• Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required by manager.
