Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Allison Park, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Coach Team in running a clean, safe environment while maintaining the highest quality standards with beverages, food, and Fan service.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will supervise daily operations, train staff, handle cash deposits, and oversee inventory while ensuring excellent guest experiences and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Verbal communication with Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, inventory, and P&L controls.
• Train potential Players.
• Provide direction and coach performance.
• Assist management with daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, deposits, comps, voids).
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance to meet health and safety standards.
• Model the organization’s culture and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with management and Players; address Fan complaints.
• Operate MS Office and related systems.
• May cover roles of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender as needed.
• Perform other duties per Coach request.
