Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar in Allison Park, PA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure brand and health standards, and drive financial performance.

You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations, and support marketing efforts while maintaining a fun, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates bring strong English communication, the ability to manage cash and operations, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Works frequently in damp, hot work environment.
• Works with an open flame.
• Uses sharp knives and utensils.
• May use slicers or other kitchen machinery.
• Ability to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods of time, with up to 5lb of weight.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure compliance with brand and safety standards.
• Oversee daily financial responsibilities and cash handling.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and vendor invoice management.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; provide performance feedback.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with management and staff to achieve goals.
