Job summary

Primanti Bros. is seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor in Allison Park, PA. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment and high-quality standards for beverages, food and Fan service.

You will supervise, train staff, manage inventory, assist with cash handling, and resolve service issues. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift; works in damp, hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Coach Team in running a clean, safe environment with high quality standards for beverages, food and Fan service.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and P&L controls.
• Trains potential Players.
• Provides direction to Players, evaluates, and coaches their performance.
• Assists management with daily cash handling and deposits, and authorizes comps & voids.
• Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
• Oversees cleaning and maintenance to meet health and safety regulations.
• Exemplifies company culture, leads by example and fosters mentoring relationships.
• Works with management and Players; uses initiative, judgement and discretion.
• May perform duties of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender.
• Performs other duties per Coach request.
