Job summary

Starbucks Canada NB is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager during scheduled shifts, lead partners, and deliver the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store.

You will coach teammates, manage opening and closing duties, ensure cash handling and safety compliance, and uphold Starbucks guiding principles while creating a positive Third Place for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail or food-service setting.
• Experience directing the work of others preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity and upholds Starbucks culture.
• Maintains calm during peak times to keep store operations on standard.
• Communicates information to the manager to create the Third Place environment.
