Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Lead and deploy partners, delegating tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver legendary customer service with prompt service and quality beverages/products.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Follow Starbucks policies for cash handling, safety, and security.
• Provide coaching and feedback to partners to improve performance.
• Support opening and closing duties and ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Help create the Third Place environment for customers during each shift.
