Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office: (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and their work to ensure optimum shift performance.
• Communicates with following shift's supervisor for a prepared handover.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring of new Team Members.

Skills

Supervisory experience in the food service industry
