Job summary

Zaxby's in Florida is seeking a hands-on restaurant manager to lead a fast-paced, fast-casual team. You will supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, manage daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting budgeted goals.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, a minimum 18 years old, and at least 35 hours per week. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred.

You will train staff, balance cash drawers, and uphold food quality standards.
