Zaxby's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a fast casual restaurant. You will supervise a team of 30-60 employees across 3-5 managers, drive sales, and ensure quality in both food and service while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of people management experience in a restaurant setting, high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort with office software and daily operations. Availability for varied shifts is expected.
